We all love ourselves some fruit chaat! Especially in this weather when you’re too beat to eat heavy on the oil stuff. Mother nature comes to rescue with her beautiful variety of fruits. We are super lucky to have an assortment of fruits available throughout the year. Here’s how you can put them to use in Ramazan:

Peach and Cherry Fruit Salad

Ingredients: 

  • Peaches- 2 cups
  • Cherries- 1/4 cup
  • Salt and Pepper- to taste
  • Red chilli powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice- 1 tbsp

Method: 

Mix all ingredients together and serve in a bowl

Tropical Fruit Salad: 

Ingredients: 

  • Mangoes- 1 cup
  • Papaya- 1 cup
  • Pineapple- 1/2 cup
  • Coconut shavings- 1/4 cup
  • Kiwi- 1 cup
  • Banana- 1/2 cup
  • Lemon Juice- 1tsp
  • Fruit Chaat Masala- 1/4 tsp
  • Salt- 1/4 tsp

Method:

Toss all ingredients together

Creamy Fruit Salad: 

Ingredients: 

  • Apple Slivers- 1 cup
  • Grapes- 1/2 cup
  • Bananas – 1 cup
  • Cream- 4 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise- 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice- 1 tbsp

Method: 

Mix all the ingredients together and serve in a bowl chilled!
