We love ourselves some garma garam samosas don’t we? Nothing beats a good samosa with chutney. We are all familiar with Aloo ke samosay and keemay ke samosay, but there are some varieties that are still not that known, yet equally divine.

Here are three ways of making some delectable samosas:

Chicken Vegetable Samosa

Ingredients:

  • Shredded Chicken
  • Vegetables
  • Soya Sauce
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Samosa strips- ready made
  • Flour paste

Method

  • Mix all chicken vegetables and soya sauce to make the filling
  • Season pepper and salt with Black
  • Fold the samosa strips into a triangle
  • Add the filling
  • Close the samosa with the help of the flour paste
  • Deep fry

Sausage Samosa

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Sausages
  • Ground Coriander
  • Mashed Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Samosa Strips
  • Flour Paste
  • Method:
  • Mix sausages, coriander and potatoes to make filling
  • Season pepper and salt with Black
  • Fold the samosa strips into a triangle
  • Add the filling
  • Close the samosa with the help of the flour paste
  • Deep Fry

Cottage Cheese and Spinach Samosa

Ingredients:

  • Cottage Cheese
  • Spinach
  • Mushrooms
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Samosa Strips
  • Flour Paste

Method:

  • Add Mushrooms, cottage cheese and spinach together
  • Season pepper and salt with Black
  • Fold the samosa strips into a triangle
  • Add the filling
  • Close the samosa with the help of the flour paste
  • Deep Fry
