Promoting Pakistani food around the world needs one characteristic and that is passion. When looking for ambassadors for our campaign The Pakistani Food Ambassador – 2017, we knew that passion for Pakistani food is what is needed to promote the cuisine that is already loved to be devoured.

After receiving more than 50 entries from around 20 different destinations around the world we chose the ones that depicted true passion.

Come meet our Pakistani Food Ambassadors from around the World that are passionately promoting Pakistani cuisine at its best.

Samina Tariq 

Samina Tariq is a 45-year-old British Pakistani living in Scotland. She documents Pakistani food in various ways. She caters events, writes, and teaches about the Pakistani cuisine in Scotland. She also runs a small cafe in the north of Scotland and her car is always filled with the aroma of yummy Pakistani dishes. She is always cooking up curries for various events and is super busy in spreading the love of Pakistani cuisine. Her love for Pakistani cuisine is so convincing that even with her preoccupied routine she was more than happy to be the part of The Pakistani Food Ambassador.

Izzah is a Pakistani-American blogger at TeaForTumeric. Through her blog, she aims to bring Pakistani traditional recipes to life, reinvent modern recipes, and revel in the joys of life and motherhood. Danial Abbas is a foodie from Karachi who has moved to Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur to complete his studies. Being from Karachi, he misses the great variety of Pakistani food he used to eat. Hunting for authentic Pakistani food is almost impossible in Malaysia so he tries his best to cook them up at home.

The one reason why he signed up for Pakistani Food Ambassador is he wants to promote the real flavor of Pakistani cuisine. People around the world need to know there is more to Pakistani dishes than just Biryani.

Sidra is young and energetic lifestyle blogger residing the United Arab Emirates. She documents the simple yet the memorable things in her life. She has a royal vibe in everything she blogs about and Pakistani cuisine one of her subjected topics.  She often talks about Pakistani food on her blog ‘The Raja Life‘ and tips she picked on from the old school women in the family.
