Mangoes are here!
Though only the early storage mangoes are available in the market right now, how can you say no to any form of mangoes when you spot them? So what to do with these mangoes? I think they are perfect for a blended summer smoothie.
Leaving the conventional style of making milkshakes behind, try blending two or three different fruits together to make a rich smoothie. I bought mangoes to see if they are ripe, however it turned out there is still a week or two before we can get good ripe sweet mangoes. Until then, make healthy smoothies and drinks with what you get.
I blended frozen bananas with mangoes, homemade yogurt, vanilla extract and ice, and got a complete breakfast in a glass. Play around with any seasonal fruit you like.
