Summer and Lassi have a relationship that dates back to times unknown. A glass of chilled lassi can make you forget all your woes about the hot weather and it is a sure fire way of lightening up your mood (or if you want to cheer up a loved one). Now, what can make a glass of lassi even more refreshing than it already is? Well, mint of course. Not only does it add ten folds to the freshness element of the drink,  it makes mint lassi the perfect concoction for picking you up after a long and exhausting day this Ramazan.

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt- 1 cup
  • Mint- 20 leaves
  • Sugar- 1 tsp
  • Water- 1/2 cup
  • Salt- A pinch
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions:

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend it till all ingredients are mixed well.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with some mint leaves.
