Nutella spread seems to go with everything, and it is most often good enough to lick it right off the spoon. We decided to create a traditional version of Nutella treat for a change.
Parathas are the usual breakfast choice in most homes, and customizing the usual food items by adding twists to them is what we love to do. Although most of the times, our experiments with various food combos fail, but here is something that turned out really succulent and full of oomph, Nutella filled banana paratha! It tasted better than what we expected and the flavor seemed to play with our taste buds, and at the same time, it tasted familiar.
Here is the recipe:
- Banana: 1
- Nutella: as much as you like
- Butter: 2 tbsp
- Cut banana into thin slices.
- Roll 2 small Parathas.
- Carefully spread Nutella layer on a paratha.
- Next place banana slices on it evenly.
- Close the paratha.
- Cook in butter.
