We need to stick to the healthy detoxification methods in order to cleanse our body of any toxins. If you are looking for a healthy drink that is not totally a spew material here is an easy recipe of healthy detoxifying smoothie. Not only is it healthy, but is not half as bad as most healthy smoothies are. You can detoxify your body by still managing to drink down the whole glass.

Recipe: 

Ingredients:

  • Milk, 1 cup
  • Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon powder, 1 tspn
  • Apple juice, 1/2 cup

Method:

  • In a grinder, add milk, yogurt, cinnamon powder, dates and apple juice.
  • Shake it well, until everything blends and amalgamates perfectly.
  • Add ice and serve it cold.
